Application

Basic working principle:
The tablets in drum make complicated and constant track movement with easy and smooth turn frequent exchanging in a clean and closed drum of the film coating machine. The coating mixed round in the mixing drum are sprayed on tablets through the spray gun at the Inlet un action of the peristaltic pump. Cleaning system(option)

Eenter cleaning operation interface by pressing “cleaning operation” on “menu” press “cleaning pump” and the machine start to run to clean. Press “cleaning 1” to clean outside film coating roller and air exhaust ora. Press “cleaning 2” to clean inside film coating roller and not air ora. Press “ drain valve” at last and drain the wast water in machine.
